Congrats to Storage Authority Team Rick. Their 90,000 sf, NJ construction contract was signed and construction is off to a very fast start. Already the land has been cleared and rough grading is complete.

Fall Construction Slated
Storage Authority Team Christie and Mark from VA have completed plans and are starting the loan search process for his recently approved 80,000 site. In the end, they decided to build the facility in a single phase. Congrats Christie and Mark!!!!
