When you are starting the lease, ask customers to pull their phones and hover the camera on your QR code to leave a 5-star review. If your facility does not have a Qr code when asking for a Google 5-star review say: “We appreciate your 5-star review, Being locally owned & operated your review really helps us compete with the big corporations.”


Benefit:

Phrase:

On Every Rental… "we require everyone to have insurance on their belongings is the $2000 coverage for $12 a month enough or do you think you need higher coverage?

Assume the sale with Auto pay:


Phrase:

•At the unit during the facility tour or as soon as you get back to the office say to the customer "To get started all we need is your I.D. & Debit/Credit Card"


•When you are scanning customers' debit/credit card into the system let them know we will be debiting their card monthly and emailing receipts. Auto Pay assumed!


Benefits:


•Assuming the sale increase odds of rental and you have a debit card in hand for autopay.


•Customers on auto-pay never have any disruptions to their access or late fees which enhances their experience.


•Customers on autopay stay 2 months longer and absorb annual rate increases much better.
